Competence centers and business lines

In order to further improve our ability to meet the demands and needs of our clients, we took an early decision to adopt an interdisciplinary approach to consulting, opting to pool our cross-divisional expertise in activity-related competence centers. The core competences of our four business units are, in turn, incorporated within so-called business lines.

Lead partner principle

We undertake to appoint a partner as the permanent contact for each particular client. It is then the responsibility of that partner to provide full and comprehensive support as required, be it as part of the general client-provider relationship or for a specific project, with all client-specific needs and requirements being properly catered for. As might be expected, the partners assigned to this interface role offer the necessary expertise in the business area concerned, backed up by our many years of experience in the provision of comprehensive client support services.
